He leads adventure wellness retreats connecting people back to the roots of life like in Nature, Community and with self. Individually he helps people get to the root of their challenges (Physically, Emotionally and Nutritionally) so they can move forward in life towards dreams and goals with unshakeable confidence, unwavering trust, and clear guidance.
He draws from his life experience as a Collegiate Baseball player, a Holistic Health and Lifestyle coach, a nomadic and worldly traveler and through a variety of somatic and bioenergetic trainings he has invested in.
When he's not empowering humans he is in nature fly fishing, rock climbing, hiking or jumping into a body of water.
He believes that it is our responsibility to take the reins in life and make it what we want all through the service of being our truest, most authentic self because it's so much more than just for us, individually. We have a job to do.
